About Sponsy
Sponsy is sponsorship management software that helps newsletter-first publishers sell, run, and measure ads.
We built it for teams that have outgrown spreadsheets and scattered tools. Sales, ad operations, and advertisers can work from the same place.
What Sponsy does
Ad inventory and booking
Set up each publication's schedule and placements, then see open and booked inventory together. Sales and ad operations can work from the same calendar.
Sales and CRM
Track advertisers, deals, and proposals in one place. Your team can see which deals are in progress and which advertisers are already booked.
Advertiser storefront and portal
A storefront shows sponsors what is available and lets them submit an order. A private portal gives advertisers a place to send creative, review placements, and see reports.
Campaign reports and metrics
Connect a supported newsletter platform to bring campaign metrics into Sponsy. Review campaign performance, booked revenue, and open inventory from the same workspace.
What makes Sponsy different
Sponsorship workflows ready to use
Notion gives you flexible databases, but a publisher has to build its own sponsorship workflow in them. Sponsy comes with booking calendars, deals, a storefront, and an advertiser portal ready to use.
Compare Sponsy and Notion →Published pricing and self-serve setup
Sponsy's Starter plan has no monthly fee, and Pro starts at $49 per month. Ad Orbit publishes a starting price but asks teams to get a personalized quote; Sponsy lets you choose a self-serve plan.
Compare Sponsy and Ad Orbit →Newsletters and other channels in one place
Manage sponsorships across newsletters, podcasts, YouTube, and social accounts in the same workspace. Automatic campaign metrics are available for supported newsletter integrations.
