Welcome to Sponsy quick start guide. In this page you will find all the necessary information to get you started with Sponsy.

Inventory Hub

The Inventory Hub replaces the retired Publications and Ad Inventory & Calendar pages. Use it to view availability and manage slots across publications.

Customer Portal

The Customer Portal is a unique, private page designed to make collaboration with your advertisers seamless. Think of it like a Google Doc — anyone with the link can access it, no login needed.

Automations

Automations in Sponsy are designed to streamline your workflow by handling repetitive tasks automatically. They save time, reduce errors, and ensure consistency.

Deals

The Deals module offers a customizable pipeline and deal-tracking features, simplifying campaign management.

Storefront

Create a branded sponsorship shop, sell placements and bundles, take bookings, manage orders and messages, and track results.

Reports

The Reports module is your workspace for building, saving, sharing, and exporting views of your sponsorship data — slots and deals, with filters, custom columns, charts, and CSV/JSON exports.

Metrics

The Metrics module gives you a workspace-wide view of sponsorship performance: revenue, fill rates, engagement, goals with notifications, publication comparisons, placement drilldowns, and daily revenue recognition.

Notification Center

Your inbox and notifications help you stay on top of work that needs your attention. The more people you collaborate with in your workspace, the more helpful these features become.

Tasks

Sponsy’s Tasks module helps you and your team keep track of what needs to be done across your sponsorship operations. Tasks behave like smart to-do lists that live directly inside your workflow, so nothing slips through the cracks.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is your personal home inside Sponsy. It gives you a customizable, at-a-glance view of the information that matters most to your workflow.

Custom domains

With the Domains feature, you can send emails from your own business domain instead of using a generic Sponsy email address.

ESP Integrations

Building sponsorship reports can be challenging, especially when working across multiple Email Service Providers (ESPs) and consolidating data from newsletter sends and ad performances. Sponsy’s ESP Integrations module streamlines this process by allowing seamless integration with your preferred ESPs, automating data collection, and simplifying report generation.

CRM Integrations

Managing advertiser relationships often means juggling multiple tools, manual data entry, and constant context switching between your sales CRM and your ad operations workflow. Sponsy’s CRM Integrations module bridges that gap by connecting directly with your preferred CRM so you can automatically sync advertiser data, deals, and contacts into Sponsy.
