Ad Inventory & Calendar

In Sponsy most of your day to day will be on the Ad Inventory page, this view is where you can visualize your inventory availability, check the status of your ads and understand what you have to do.

This is as well where you will book the ad slots for your customers.

Publication settings

The first step on configuring Sponsy for your needs is to configure your initial publication to your current flows and schedule.

You can achieve this by clicking on “Settings” in your publication Ad Calendar page:

In this page you will be able to configure your publication to your current schedule and desired workflows.

Define your publication schedule

In the publication schedule you will be able to define when will your publication be sent to your audience, the times per week, month or year but also the days or cadence in which you are publishing content.

This is important since this will change the way the Ad Calendar is displayed to reflect your availability based on your publishing schedule.

Define how many ads per publishing you have

In each publishing you will have ad placements, some publications have one other use a combination of many to achieve their business goals. In Sponsy you can create as many placements as you wish.

Each placement can have a set of rules and fields such as the Ad Copy, an image and a CTA. This is highly configurable by you and you can create as many as you wish.

We recommend taking a look into the Link module documentation to explore all the capabilities within the placements.

Define your workflow
