How do you count booked slots?: We count the slots booked in each calendar month inside Sponsy. If a sponsor books a slot for 3 months, it counts as 1 slot in each month.
Can I use Sponsy for free?: Yes. Starter has no monthly fee and includes publications, CRM, storefront, portal and calendar. Your first 5 booked slots are included. After that, each booked slot costs $5.
When does Pro become cheaper than Starter?: Around 10 slots a month. 9 slots cost $45 on Starter. Pro 10 is $49 for up to 10, and it also lifts every Starter limit.
What happens if I delete a booked slot?: On Starter, a paid slot you delete comes back as a credit. Credits don't expire and get used before we charge your card again. Moving a slot to another date is free.
What if I book more than my Pro band?: Each extra slot is $5, the same as Starter. If you go over most months, the next band up will probably cost you less.
How do I earn free slots on Starter?: You start with 5. You get more for things like publishing your storefront, connecting your ESP or referring another publisher. Each one is a one-time reward.
Is Sponsy only for newsletters?: No. It works for podcasts, YouTube channels and social accounts too. Automatic metrics are newsletter-only for now.
Is there a vendor lock-in?: No. Your data is yours and you can export it any time.
We manage a lot of slots. Can we get a discount?: Probably. If you book more than 200 slots a month, or run several teams and publications, get in touch and we'll work out a contract that fits.
