1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website or our services.
Additionally, your use of the Website is governed by our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these policies.
2. Account Creation

Sponsy does not currently offer promotions, contests, or sweepstakes. If this changes, we will update these Terms to reflect new details.
7. Data Protection and Customer Data
7.1 Definitions
For the purposes of this section:
- Customer Data means any data, content, or information submitted to or processed through the Services by or on behalf of the Customer, including personal data.
- Personal Data has the meaning given under applicable data protection laws.
7.2 Ownership
As between the Customer and Sponsytech OÜ, the Customer retains all right, title, and interest in and to Customer Data. Sponsytech OÜ does not acquire any ownership rights in Customer Data.
7.3 Use and Processing
Sponsytech OÜ shall process Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Services, fulfilling its contractual obligations, complying with applicable law, and as otherwise permitted under these Terms or an applicable Data Processing Addendum.
Sponsytech OÜ shall not use Customer Data for any purpose other than as described above or as instructed by the Customer, except where required by law.
7.4 Data Protection Compliance
Each party shall comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws in connection with the processing of Personal Data, including, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
To the extent Sponsytech OÜ processes Personal Data on behalf of the Customer, Sponsytech OÜ acts as a data processor and the Customer acts as the data controller, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.5 Security
Sponsytech OÜ shall implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect Customer Data against unauthorized or unlawful access, loss, alteration, or disclosure, taking into account the nature of the data and the risks involved.
7.6 Subprocessors and Data Transfers
The Customer acknowledges that Sponsytech OÜ may use third-party service providers to process Customer Data as necessary to provide the Services. Sponsytech OÜ shall ensure that such subprocessors are subject to contractual obligations consistent with applicable data protection laws.
Customer Data may be processed in jurisdictions where Sponsytech OÜ or its subprocessors operate, as described in the Privacy Policy or an applicable Data Processing Addendum.
7.7 Personal Data Breach Notification
Sponsytech OÜ shall notify the Customer without undue delay upon becoming aware of a confirmed personal data breach affecting Customer Data and shall provide reasonable information regarding the nature of the breach and remediation steps, in accordance with applicable law.
7.8 Deletion
Upon termination or expiration of the Customer’s subscription, Sponsytech OÜ shall delete or anonymize Customer Data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by applicable law or permitted under these Terms.
Customers may request deletion of Customer Data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
7.9 Data Processing Addendum
Additional data protection obligations may be set out in a separate Data Processing Addendum agreed between the parties. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a validly executed Data Processing Addendum, the Data Processing Addendum shall prevail with respect to data protection matters.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sponsytech OÜ is not responsible for:
- Errors or interruptions in the Website or services.
- Loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and liability.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time if you violate these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Tallinn, Estonia.
